The hosts, Evgenia and her sons Thanos and Antonis, were super friendly and made us feel like part of the family. The apartments were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The pool bar had great food and drinks, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. And the best part? The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, where we had a blast hanging out and soaking up the sun. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot!

If I had to nitpick, the one thing we wished for was more vibrant nightlife options for young party-goers. The nearby area didn't have as many clubs or late-night activities as we had hoped.

The hotel is ideal for relaxation.. The lady at the reception was very polite and friendly as well as all the other staff... Breakfast was rich and every day it was something different... You could stay at the swimming pool all day , drink your coffe or your beverage and relax with lounge music.... We had perfect holidays... Thank you so much..!!!!!

This hotel is a family hotel and is not the best choise for a couple. If you are looking for quiet holidays at the beach then this is the right hotel for you! Chranoi, the Village that the hotel is situated, is not the most exciting place so you will need a car if you want to go anywhere else and great driving skills since the roads are not easy to drive.

The Theoxenia Hotel Apartments in Chrani exceeded all expectations. Excellent facilities, friendly staff, and a convenient location near the beach and amenities. Repeat visitors attest to the quality of the hotel. Spacious and well-equipped apartments. Delicious homemade food and refreshing pool bar.

The hotel is situated pretty far from Kalamata so its a place you go to for the quiet surroundings.

Very warm homelike atmosphere.Close to the beach which is more then a mile long and absolutely not crowded.10-12 very nice tavernas and restaurants in 1-3 minute of walking time distance.Beautiful places and archaeological cites are within easy driving distance. The hotel is run by a family of a very beautiful mother and her two nice sons and they are doing there best to serve the visitors and make their stay a real holiday.

The apartments were lovely and clean, with nice views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of food. a great place to stay.

I hated it when they gave me an upgraded room for free. Who wants a bigger and better room?

We really enjoyed having a fridge, cooking facilities and a terrace so we could have some meals there. We also enjoyed the swimming-pool after spending a day exploring .

I think the liner of the swimming-pool will need changing quite soon. What I didnn't like : we gave 3 differnt crds to pay the hotel: none of them worked. They told us it came from our cards which wasn't true as they all worked before and after...

Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good enough, rooms were spacious and adequate of facilities, the opportunity of cooking is an extra advantage and sitting next to pool enjoying a drink or a soft meal is really relaxing. There is a mini market near the hotel so you can buy anything you need. Furthermore, you can drive to various places and discover great beaches.

Our stay at Theoxenia was absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The room we were upgraded to was spacious and well-equipped, including a kitchen that had everything we needed. The terrace was a cozy spot to relax and the outside terrace by the pool was perfect for chilling out. The location was convenient, with the beach and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

I keep coming back because I know this place has everything I need - Wi-Fi, off-site parking, a bar, outdoor pool, and more. The staff helped me explore the area and I remember that. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Small hotel with pool it is delightful as is the owner.She cannot do enough for you and made our stay so special.Though the village is small there are some of the best food/fish travernas that we came across in the region surrounding the hotel.Great stay.

The hotel is in a chill area near the beach, with sick views from the castle. We went to some lit cultural events, like plays and dance performances, and had a blast. The room was dope, fully equipped and clean. The pool was on fleek and the breakfast was the bomb dot com. The Filios family were chill hosts, always helpful and made sure we had an epic time!

The only thing we would ask for is more options for partying. We wanted to turn up and have a wild time, but Chrani is more of a chilled out holiday spot.
